Cattery CatSonly is located near Barroe, a small village between Charlestown and Carracastle in County Mayo.
Being situated in the triangle Mayo/Roscommon/Sligo, we are able to cover a large area. Our clients come from as far as Manorhamilton, Boyle, Galway and Westport. The lay-out of our cattery not only makes it a perfect place for the usual short break or annual holiday, but it makes it also an excellent retreat for cats that have to be boarded for a longer period.

At our Cattery we have spacious individual kennels, but cats boarded with us can walk freely 24/7 if they wish. For cats who have to be kept seperated from the rest for some reason, we have very large kennels where they have their own space.
First time visitors will have to stay in their own kennel untill relaxed and settled. After this period they will be allowed to socialise and play with the other guests.

For outdoor fun we have a large, more then 30sq meters secure run where the cats can run and play and watch the birds fly by.
At our cattery it's just like being at home: the cuddles, the food and the freedom to go in and out.

That's how it should be. Being away but feeling at home.

We do not board dogs as we believe this can lead to unnecessary stress on the other residents.
